From the very beginning, I built my professional experience around the product – its creation, selection, purchase, and sale. Over the years, I worked for the largest brands in Poland, making decisions that had a direct impact on the offerings and their results. Today, I combine that knowledge with the experience of an entrepreneur and the owner of my own e-commerce businesses.
I don't view the product solely through the lens of aesthetics. I'm interested in the entire process: trend, idea, design, manufacturer, quality, price, margin, customer, and ultimately – sales. It is this holistic perspective that I utilize today in collaboration with companies and brands.
I gained my first significant experience at Reserved, where I worked as a buyer for 5 years and was responsible for assortment decisions.
Working for one of the largest Polish fashion brands taught me primarily to think about the product on a large business scale. I gained experience in both knits and fabrics, participating in the collection development process – from trend observation and offer planning to product selection and purchasing decisions.
A particularly important stage for me was working in the T-shirt department. Collaborating with graphic designers and daily contact with print design projects made me increasingly interested in graphics and design. At that time, I didn’t yet know that a few years later, this interest would turn into my first own business.
This is how 4rooms – my first online store, which I have successfully developed for 12 years, was born.
It is my own business that has given me a completely different perspective than working even for the largest company. It taught me that a good concept and a great product are just the beginning.
Over the years, I have gained practical experience in building and scaling e-commerce businesses, online sales, creating offers, marketing, customer service, and collaboration in both B2C and B2B.
I know the business from the owner's side as well – I understand that every decision regarding the product, price, purchase, or marketing ultimately needs to be justified by numbers.
Alongside the development of my own store, a second very important chapter of my career began – the jewelry industry.
I joined Apart, a leader in the Polish jewelry market, where for 10 years I independently handled purchasing and assortment decisions in my assigned area.
And the word "independently" is particularly significant for me here.
I didn’t have a team of buyers behind me to whom I delegated specific tasks. I personally managed the entire process – from market and trend observation, through searching for manufacturers, product development, and building collections, to selecting specific models and making purchasing decisions.
This experience taught me not only to recognize a good product. It primarily taught me how to evaluate its business potential.
Over the years, I have built an extensive network of contacts with manufacturers and suppliers from various parts of the world and – equally importantly – knowledge of how to leverage this network.
Sourcing doesn’t mean browsing a ready-made catalog and pointing out products I like.
I can start from an idea.
Find the right manufacturer. Define the direction. Work on the design, material, details, and price. Tailor the product to a specific customer and the place it should occupy in the collection.
I don’t just select products. I co-create and develop them.
This is one of the competencies I consider particularly valuable in collaboration with brands.
Fashion has fascinated me since childhood. I have always been interested in finding the unconventional, observing trends, and combining them in my own way.
But it is jewelry that has become particularly important in my life over time.
It is a way for me to express myself, an element of styling, a detail that can completely change its character.Jewelry is part of my style and part of me.
Therefore, following trends, searching for new forms, discovering manufacturers, creating products, and building collections has never been just a professional obligation for me. It is an area I truly live for.
It was a natural consequence to create another e-commerce business of my own – this time related to jewelry.
Thanks to this, today I look at this industry from several perspectives at once: the buyer, the person responsible for the assortment, the product manager, the entrepreneur, the owner of an online store, and – simply – the customer who loves a good product.
After years of working for the biggest brands while also running my own businesses, it was a natural moment for me to leverage this knowledge more broadly.
In consulting, I combine experience from large organizations with entrepreneurship and e-commerce practice.
I understand the processes of a large company, but I also understand the brand owner who must keep an eye on margins, costs, sales, and consider, where to invest their own money.
I keep track of trends, know the market, can work with manufacturers and suppliers, analyze offers, build collections, and view the product both creatively and commercially.
I am not interested in solutions that only look good in presentations.
I am interested in products, collections, and decisions that make sense for a specific brand, its customer, and its business.
If you are creating or developing a brand, looking for a new direction for your offer, manufacturers, need support in building collections, or simply an experienced external perspective –let's talk.
